Have you tasted the bakery/cafe Tartine of San Francisco? I'd only heard legend of their delectable confections, but finally sampled two masterpieces at a wedding this weekend. I won't even attempt to describe their deliciousness, but will say that they were the perfect finale to my official {and hopefully temporary} hiatus from gluten/wheat. An unfortunate thought, imagining my life without another Tartine experience, but the memory will surely remain sweet.
